We attended the World Development Report Presentation meeting prepared by the World Bank, which provides a platform for leading researchers, academics, policymakers, and non-governmental organizations working in the fields of learning activities, migration or forced displacement to present a development issue related to their work.

The World Development Report (WDR) aims to shift from a narrow focus on labor markets for migrants and legal protection for refugees to a more holistic perspective — one that recognizes the humanity of migrants and the complexity of the societies of origin and destination.

ARSA was introduced by our representative, Meltem, and she gave her feedback on the report. Representatives from other institutions and organizations commented on the WB's 2023 report, and suggestions were made for the following report.
