According to the new announcement from the Turkish Ministry of Health, family doctor services, which were previously free for foreigners residing in Türkiye, will now be subject to a fee.
Family Doctor Service Fee for Foreigners
Foreign residents in Türkiye are required to pay 3,000 TL every six months to benefit from family doctor services.

How to Choose a Family Doctor After Payment?
Once the payment is completed, you can choose your family doctor in one of the following ways:

Visit the District Health Directorate (İlçe Sağlık Müdürlüğü):
Bring your payment receipt and fill out the registration form to select your doctor. -
Visit a Family Health Center (Aile Sağlığı Merkezi):
Fill out the registration form and submit it along with the payment receipt. The center will forward your documents to the health authorities.
Health Report Fees
Foreigners and Turkish citizens will also be required to pay separate fees for health reports in the following cases:
- Health report for driver's license
- Health report for marriage
These fees are also paid through the same official website.
