Before Starting the GöçBil Verification Process

If you are using a Türk Telekom SIM card and have received an Identity Verification (Kimlik Doğrulama) SMS, you must first complete the identity verification process requested by Türk Telekom before proceeding with GöçBil.

This process can usually be completed in one of the following ways:

  • By visiting a Türk Telekom store or authorized service center in person; or
  • By using the verification link sent to you via SMS.

If you are verifying your identity through the SMS link:

  1. Click the verification link sent by Türk Telekom.
  2. A page will open asking you to enter your mobile phone number. Enter your number and click Submit.
  3. You will receive a one-time 4-digit verification code via SMS. Enter this code in the required field.
  4. A page containing your identity information will then be displayed.
  5. Check that the displayed information belongs to you.
  6. If all the information is correct, confirm it to complete the verification process.

This step usually takes less than one minute. Once your identity has been successfully verified by Türk Telekom, you can continue with the verification process in the GöçBil application.

Identity Verification Steps in the GöçBil Application

1. Sign in to the Application

Open the GöçBil application on your mobile phone and sign in using your e-Devlet account.

2. Open the Operator Transactions Section

From the main screen, select Operatör İşlemleri (Operator Transactions).

3. Select the Provider Type

Under İşletme / Sağlayıcı Tipi (Business / Provider Type), you will see three options:

  • Haberleşme (Communication)
  • Güvenli e-İmza (Secure e-Signature)
  • Kayıtlı e-Posta (Registered e-Mail)

Select Haberleşme and click Devam Et (Continue).

4. Select Your Mobile Operator

On the next screen, under İşletme / Sağlayıcı (Business / Provider), use the search box to find and select:

TT Mobil İletişim Hizmetleri A.Ş.

Then click Devam Et (Continue).

5. Complete Face Verification

On the following screen, select Yüz tanıma ile (Face Verification).

Hold your phone in front of your face and carefully follow the on-screen instructions:

  • Look straight at the camera.
  • Turn your face to the right.
  • Turn your face to the left.
  • Look straight at the camera again.
  • Raise your face slightly upward.
  • Finally, smile.

After completing the face verification successfully, click Onayla (Approve) to submit your request.

If the verification is successful, your identity will be confirmed in the system.

Important Notes

  • Before starting, make sure you are using the latest version of the GöçBil application.

  • Perform the face verification in a well-lit environment with a stable internet connection.

  • If you cannot find TT Mobil İletişim Hizmetleri A.Ş. in the list of providers, first make sure you have completed the Türk Telekom identity verification through the SMS link or by visiting a Türk Telekom service center.

  • If you continue to experience problems after completing all the steps, contact Türk Telekom Customer Services or the Presidency of Migration Management (Göç İdaresi Başkanlığı), or visit the nearest service center.
