MD. Zakira Hekmat, the president of the ARSA Association, is currently present at the Global Refugees Forum in Switzerland, serving as one of the speakers and panelists at the Global Refugees Forum 2023 in Geneva, Switzerland.

This forum, held every four years, is the largest global gathering on refugee issues. It serves as a vital platform where countries and stakeholders present their declarations and tangible contributions, share progress, and discuss challenges and opportunities.

In this international event, MD. Hekmat will share her experiences in two dedicated panels:

  • Panel 1: "Achieving Health and Well-being for All: Strengthening Healthcare Systems and Providing Mental Support for Refugees and Host Communities."
  • Panel 2: "Successful Leadership of a Humanitarian Organization in the Refugee Space: Challenges and Solutions."

This participation highlights significant advancements by Afghan Refugees Solidarity Association (ARSA) and its active role in refugee matters.
