According to UNHCR 2020 (BMMYK) data, it is seen that the total number of refugees and asylum seekers of Afghan nationality in the world is 2,833,573. According to the same source, this number is second after 6,796,729 Syrian refugees and asylum seekers. The occupation and conflict environment that has been going on for decades in the geography of Afghanistan and the existence of the Taliban and other similar rebel organizations.
In order to understand the ongoing and expected human rights violations and atrocities in Afghanistan and how they will re-create new migrations and refugee situations, it is necessary to look at the history and practices of the Taliban, the most influential element in the geography.
