MD. Zakira Hekmat, founder and president of the Asylum Seekers and Refugees Solidarity Association (ARSA), visited the Turkish language course together with Nihat Altınoluk, Director of Kocasinan Public Education Center, to meet with women participants. Hekmat listened to the refugee women’s experiences, expectations, and feedback regarding their Turkish learning process.

This visit served as an important opportunity to both observe participants’ satisfaction and to better understand their needs in order to improve the effectiveness of the courses.

The Turkish language course, jointly implemented by ARSA and Kocasinan Public Education Center, aims to facilitate refugee women’s daily communication, strengthen their social integration, and support their more active participation in community life.
