On June 18, 2025, the Asylum Seekers and Refugees Solidarity Association (ARSA) conducted a comprehensive security and risk assessment as part of its ongoing capacity development and institutional strengthening efforts.

During this evaluation, ARSA systematically reviewed and updated several key internal documents and procedures, including:

  • ARSA Child Safeguarding Risk Assessment Form

  • ARSA Travel Management Standard Procedure

  • ARSA Vehicle Use Rules

  • ARSA Child Safety and Transportation Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)

  • ARSA Activity Registration Form

  • Child Protection and Transportation SOP

  • ARSA Risk Assessment Workshop

  • ARSA Crisis and Emergency Response Plan

This assessment aimed to enhance the organization’s internal preparedness and ensure that all staff and operational procedures align with safety and protection standards. Updates were made based on current field realities and operational needs.
