The ARSA Association has launched a gymnastics course aimed at supporting the physical and mental development of girls. By promoting early access to sports, the program seeks to help children build self-confidence, improve body awareness, and develop healthy lifestyle habits from a young age.

Gymnastics is a fundamental sport that enhances balance, flexibility, coordination, and discipline. In addition to physical benefits, it also contributes to strengthening children’s focus, self-esteem, and regular practice habits. Through this course, ARSA aims to support both the physical capacity and psychosocial well-being of participating children.

At ARSA, ensuring that children grow up in healthy, safe, and supportive environments is a top priority. In line with this commitment, the Association will continue to expand and diversify its sports-based activities to empower children and promote their overall well-being.

This program was carried out with the support of Terre Des Hommes, a leading international organization advocating for children’s rights.
