The Asylum Seekers and Refugees Solidarity Association (ARSA) took part in the “Prevention of Child, Early, and Forced Marriages: Grant and Capacity Development Program” training organized by the United Nations Population Fund (UNFPA) in Ankara between 15–17 October 2025.

During the training, key topics such as Sexual and Reproductive Health, the concept and legal framework of Child, Early, and Forced Marriages (CEFM), social awareness, empowerment of women and girls, male engagement, the health mediator model, and grant reporting processes were discussed.

The program, which also included participation from the Sabancı Foundation, brought together representatives from Kırkayak Culture Association, Barrier-Free Life Association, Children First Association, CİİODER, SistersLab Association, and ARSA Association, all of whom were selected as grant recipients.

Participants emphasized that the knowledge and experience gained throughout the training will significantly contribute to strengthening field efforts aimed at preventing child, early, and forced marriages.
