A cooperation protocol was signed between the Kayseri Provincial Directorate and the Afghan Refugees Solidarity Association (ARSA) at a meeting held at the Kayseri Governorate.

In a significant step towards fostering social integration and cooperation, the Kayseri Provincial Directorate and the Afghan Refugees Solidarity and Assistance Association (ARSA) recently inked a collaborative agreement. The signing ceremony, held at the Kayseri Governorate, marked a pivotal moment for the community as Kayseri Deputy Governor Ömer Tekeş and ARSA President MD. Zakira Hekmat formalized their commitment to this innovative partnership.

The agreement's core objective is to facilitate joint efforts and coordination between the two entities, aiming to bolster the livelihoods, social integration, and overall development of both migrants and the local populace. The signing ceremony was attended by key representatives from both organizations. Sefure Deveci, the Provincial Coordinator of Women's Cooperatives at the Kayseri Governorate, and Buket Hazer, the Director of Social Studies and Projects, were present from the Kayseri side. Meanwhile, ARSA was represented by its Founder and President, Dr. Zakira Hekmat, alongside Financial Specialist Onur Ertan and Social Worker Meltem Demirel.
