The Union of Turkish Bar Associations (TBB) have revised and updated the "Legal Guide for Earthquake Victims", which was first prepared after the 1999 earthquake, in line with the changing legislation and practices.
The guide explains in detail the rights of citizens in terms of both Criminal Law and different areas of Private Law or Public Law.
