The Afghan Refugees Solidarity Association (ARSA), in collaboration with Terre des Hommes (TDH), shares the outcomes of the “Educational and Legal Empowerment Project for Refugee Children in Türkiye after the Earthquake” through its newly published activity report.

Within the scope of the project:

  • The access of refugee children affected by the earthquake to education and legal support was strengthened.

  • A Children’s Rights Committee was established, enabling children to learn about and defend their rights.

  • Child-friendly play areas provided safe spaces for younger children to play and socialize.

  • Psychosocial and academic support mechanisms were developed for children who were continuing or unable to continue their education.

These efforts have contributed to the social, emotional, and educational development of refugee children, while their families also benefited from the provided services.
