Afghan Refugees Solidarity Association held a two-day training covering all its employees and the board of directors with the moderation of Yunus Türkmen, Support to Life Association Financial and Official Affairs Coordinator.

In the training, we received professional support and guidance from our expert on issues such as Human Resources Strategy, Discipline Processes, Feedback & Complaint Mechanism, Ethics Committee, and similar topics aimed at improving our organizational structure and capacity, as well as for our established institutional policy documents.
