Our Project Report: 'Rebuilding Lives and Empowering People Affected by Earthquake' has been published on UNHCR's Operational Data Portal

We proudly announce that our project titled "Rebuilding Lives: Empowering People Affected by Earthquake," carried out by the Afghan Refugees Solidarity Association, prepared by Social Worker Meltem Demirel, has found its place on the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees' Operational Data Portal.

This project has received funding from the Turkish Philanthropy Funds (TPF) and is being implemented by the Afghan Refugees Solidarity Association (ARSA). This report provides an overview of the project titled "Rebuilding Lives: Empowering PeopleAffected by Earthquake - A Focus on AsylumSeekers and Refugees", which has been funded by the Turkish Philanthropy Funds and conducted by the Afghan Refugees SolidarityAssociation (ARSA). The project aimed to provide assistance and support to individuals who were adversely affected by the earthquake in Turkey. Throughout the implementation of the project, a total of 3,369 individuals were able to benefit from the various services and initiatives offered. Additionally, 983 case management sessions were conducted, 700 cash card support were provided, and services were extended to individuals residing in 49 different provinces. Furthermore, as part of the shelter support, 397 families received financial assistance to cover their rent for a period of two months. This report presents a comprehensive overview of the project's achievements, challenges, and the positive impact it has had on the lives of asylum seekers and refugees in earthquake-affected areas.
