The "Leadership and English Training - LET" program is a three-week educational camp for the Afghan community residing in Turkey. This program is jointly organized by the ARSA Association and the American Councils, and it is funded by the United States Mission to Afghanistan and the United States Department of State.

In this meeting, Dr. Zakira Hekmat director of ARSA, explained the activities of the ARSA Association and elaborated on the services provided to applicants. Subsequently, some participants from the Afghan student community in Turkey discussed their educational and residency issues.

The goal of the "LET" program is to strengthen the English language skills and other development skills of Afghan youth, preparing them better for working in the global economy and serving their communities. Participants in this program, who are attending a three-week training session in Kayseri, are currently in their second week of the program.

The program focuses on English, leadership, and personal and professional skill development using a special curriculum. Participants will also enhance their capacity as instructors by learning different teaching methods and pedagogy. The training sessions are held five days a week, and at the end of the three weeks, participants will receive a certificate and teaching materials to use in their communities.
