The LET-Senior program is seeking a Senior Turkiye Logistics Coordinator to join our team!

About the LET-Senior Program:
LET-Senior is a three-week program funded by the U.S. Department of State and administered by American Councils for International Education. The program equips young Afghans (aged 18-35) with English language skills and other valuable tools to prepare them for the global workforce and contribute positively to their communities.

The Role:
The Senior Turkiye Logistics Coordinator will be responsible for the smooth running of the program from a logistical standpoint. You will play a key role in coordinating with various stakeholders, ensuring clear communication with participants and staff, managing transportation, and maintaining program integrity.

Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with the LET Program Director, implementing partners, and program site on pre-program planning.
• Ensure clear communication with the LET training site before and during the program.
• Facilitate communication with LET-Senior participants regarding program details.
• Oversee arrival and departure of international program staff.
• Manage daily transportation of participants to the LET training site.
• Uphold program integrity by enforcing organizational regulations.
• Handle other logistical tasks assigned by the LET Program Director.

Qualifications:
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficient in English; Turkish language proficiency a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience in logistics or program coordination preferred.
