UNHCR representatives visited the Asylum Seekers and Refugees Solidarity Association (ARSA) to review the activities carried out by ARSA, discuss current developments in the field, and exchange views. During the meeting, information was shared on data and observations gathered through field activities, as well as reporting processes.

The meeting addressed protection concerns encountered in the field and case management processes. Field experiences were shared regarding case identification, assessment of needs and risks, planning appropriate interventions, referrals to relevant services, and case follow-up.

The meeting also included an assessment of referral mechanisms, challenges in accessing services, and needs observed in recent months. The meeting concluded with a mutual exchange of views aimed at strengthening field practices and enhancing the effectiveness of protection services.
